PENDAHULUAN :
Pada rotary machinery dengan adanya beban dan umur pemakaian akan mencapai tingkat kritis yang sangat tinggi dan cenderung terjadi kerusakan. Kerusakan yang kecil pun bisa menjadi sumber frustasi dan mungkin pula dapat menambah parahnya kerusakan total. Kerusakan tidak akan terjadi tiba-tiba melainkan dari sedikit demi sedikit dan ditandai dengan timbulnya getaran yang berlebihan.
Mesin tersebut harus dijaga dari gejala-gejala yang dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan dengan pendeteksian sedini mungkin. Untuk mengantisipasi kondisi tersebut diperlukan inspeksi dan monitoring secara rutin dan periodik, sehingga gejala gangguan dapat dengan segera diperbaiki agar tidak menimbulkan kerusakan yang lebih parah.
Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi bidang Machinery Noise and Problem Solving (Kebisingan Mesin dan Penyelesaiannya).

- Nilai tingkat tekanan bunyi
- Nilai tingkat tekanan bunyi dari berbagai sumber bunyi
- Nilai ambang faktor kebisingan di tempat kerja
4. Pengendalian kebisingan
- Teknik pengendalian kebisingan
- Pemetaan kebisingan dan kurva rating kebisingan

SUGENG ISDWIYANUDI, Ir. MT. And Team
was graduated from politeknik universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence.
