This training process safety management provides an in-depth study of each PSM element. He has experienced in HSE, Quality and Engineering including for training Process Safety Management for almost 30 years. His career began as HSE Engineer at Roy Huffington, Inc (Hufco – Badak) in 1982 – 1987, Gas plant manajer at PT. Asahimas Flat Gas, Operation Manager at Dupont Chemicals, Inc USA and South East Asia Manufacturing Manager GE Power and Locomotive USA.
As a professional trainer and consultant, he already served many companies, including PT. INKA, PT. Jawa Power, PT. Agaton Mandiri, PT. PAL Indonesia, McDermott Batam, Chevron Pasific Indonesia, Kondur Oil Co, PT. Pertamina Drilling Service, Total Elf Senipah, JOB Pertamina – Talisman, etc.
He was graduated from Instrumentation Engineering ITS – Surabaya, hold Master Graduate in Reliability Engineering and PhD in Engineering System, University of Century – Albuquerque NM USA.

He has more than 35 years experienced in Health & Safety dan Environment, including Training Process Safety Management. He was EHS Manager, Marketing and Trading Pertamina. Currently he is trainer and consultant for HSE, some of his clients are Kondur Petroleum, BP Migas,Indonesia Power,Nippon Shokubai, Pertamina, Telkom, Blue Scope Steel etc
He was chairman of Indonesia Safety Expert Association (Ikatan Ahli K3 Indonesia / IAKKI) also chairman for competency standard development of Occupational Safety and Health in Indonesia.
He is a chemical engineer and hold a bachelor degree of Safety Management from FKM – University of Indonesia, he also hold Safety Diploma from British Safety Council, and also Lead Auditor OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
